We’ve spent the last 6 years navigating being moms, keeping fit and healthy, and getting through every challenge sent our way!
We soon realized that we were not the only moms who felt like they were stuck at some point whether it was managing the responsibilities of running a home and/or working.
The truth is that there are a lot of moms out there who often get caught in between taking care of their families and work situation and have very little time left for their own fitness and health needs.
This often means that moms get to a point where they just ‘get through’ and pay little to no attention to themselves and their health and wellbeing.
This is why we decided it was time to turn this situation around and provide support to moms out there who felt this way.
We then put together the 28-day challenge book which takes care of fitness and making mealtimes so much easier.
